Company – means the SIRIN SOFTWARE LLC as a referral program provider.
Referrer – is a natural person or a company that refers the Sirin Software (hereinafter - the Company) services to another person (Referee) and can receive a Discount according to these Terms & Conditions.
Referee – is a company that was referred by the Referrer which is the potential client of the Company.
Referral Discount – is cash or a deduction of the price in the amount as granted by the Company, received by the Referrer and/or the Referee.
Company’s Services – a list of services provided by the Company in accordance with its expertise, a list of which is published on the Company’s official website (www.sirinsoftware.com).
The Referrer has an opportunity to get a Reward - up to $2000 (depending on referred project duration and budget) in cash or as a discount for his own project that is going with the Company.
There is no limit to the number of Referees each Referral can make.

The Referee will get up to 15% discount (depending on future project duration and budget) for the first invoice and the personal discount for the following.
Eligibility Criteria:
First of all, the Referrer submits Referee’s contacts completing the application on the Company’s website page www.sirinsoftware.com.
After operating an application, the responsible manager will contact the Referee to agree on all cases to establish further cooperation.
Once the Company and the Referee signed the contract and the project is kicked off, both the Referral and the Referee get the Referral Reward set up in these Terms and Conditions.
You may be required to complete a W-9 tax form and furnish Your Social Security Number and may be issued an IRS Form 1099 for the total value of the Rewards You have earned if You earn Rewards worth six hundred dollars ($600) or more in a calendar year.
The participants are solely responsible for reporting such rewards on their tax returns and paying any associated tax liability.
In order to invite others to participate in the Referral Program, The Referral will enter the Referee’s contact information. By sending this information The Referrer agree that he/she will not use this site to make any statement that is defamatory, threatening, obscene, indecent, patently offensive, violative of the proprietary rights of a third party, is otherwise unlawful or objectionable, or is breach of any privacy, data protection or anti-spam laws which may apply.

By participating in the Program, the Referrer will submit personal information about him(her)self and the Referee, such as names and e-mail addresses, which may be shared with Our third parties (contractors or consultants) for providing services reason only. All information collected, stored and/or shared through the Program shall be subject to our Privacy Policy.
By participating in the Program, You agree to the collection and use of Your personal information by the Company and acknowledge that You have read and accepted Our Privacy Policy.
In the course of the Referral Program, we collect and hold certain personal data about you (Referrer and Referee). We will only do so with your explicit consent and in accordance with all applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation.
In any case, you do not want your personal data to be used and/or want to withdraw your consent, you can do it at any time. The procedure is described in our Privacy Policy.
The term of this Program will commence on April 14, 2019, and will continue in full force and effect until terminated by the Company.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Program, either temporarily or permanently (or any part thereof), with or without notice. We will not be liable to You in the event of any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Program.
We reserve the right to amend, modify or waive these Terms and Conditions at any time in its sole discretion.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed in all respects in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida without regard to the conflict or choice of law rules thereof.
